This home was built on a very special property near Fowlers Beach. The home sits between the ocean beach and a private pond. Rebuilt from ground up the architect reused the foot print from the first home to simplify the permit process. There are three government agencies with jurisdiction in this setting so the permit process can be very complex.
Southampton Village resident Robert Lohman's Paintings and Photography. The paintings range in size from 2 FT Square up to 4 FT X 5 FT. The photography is typically produced in the 3 FT to 6 FT range with exceptions for special projects.
