Garden Report

Tom's garden on David's lane in Water Mill is looking real nice now. He has added some new colors this year.

Natural High

This tall stalky plant enjoys leaning into the branches on the magnolia by growing up inside the canopy of branches. This was a accident but seems to work out.

New Eats

The gracious space once occupied by Savannah is now CIRCO. We had a very nice dinner that ended with this triple chocolate delight.

Good Details

When paths meet it is nice to do something extra to mark the event.

Lawn Diamonds

Good English lawns are cut in alternating stripes to create a grid pattern. When the lawn is cut at a diagonal one can achieve diamonds in the lawn.

Grace

Putting a bit of curve in the drive can be very nice.

Clean Up

This morning our dumpster left. It was full to the brim.

Summer Projects

Today I started the frames to hold roses for the July 4th Parade. I plan to post progress on this project.

Super Weeds

I have noticed a few of these new aggressive dandelion weeds with blooms in 12 inch stems

My climbing rose 4th of July opened up this week. It is a very proficient bloomer.

This classic Bentley is travel in style.

State of Art

These Portables have a floor pump flush the toilet with flap, and a second floor pump to provide water to a sink for washing. I did not have to touch anything.

Survivor

More than 10 years ago I built a garage on my property. During the construction the Ivy and Lily of the Valley got wiped out. The Ivy came back fast, now the Lily of the Valley is also back.
