I don't see Quince in new yards, only in older gardens. When I got the house I am in now (garden ca 1910) I uncovered this quince in a back corner. Bach then it had one bloom, now it has recovered nicely. I have not noticed Quince for sale in the local garden centers.

Winter Payback
After the winter season having a selection of boxwood options is helpful for plugging new gaps in ones garden. This huge selection is at Marder's in Bridgehampton.

Good Service
This pair of daffodils has survived 15 seasons of lawn cutting. These rogue daff's appeared in my lawn the first spring I lived here, they have grown and prospered over the years. The greens are critical to the plant growing strong, and should not be disturbed for the season. It is a testament to my lawn crew (Landscapes By the Sea) that these flowers have survived over the years. I respect the great care their crews have shown over the years.

Big Sky
I like the big open area as you drive through the pine barons in the Quogue - Westhampton area of the Sunrise Highway
