Big Art Sale in Springs
An art sale opened this week at Ashawa Hall. This is a mixed show with works by students and very accomplished artists, a mix of more than 1,000 paintings all priced at $ 20 each. Getting there on day two many works are sold.

Modern Come Back
Very modern homes with roots in the architecture of the Bauhaus and the early 20th century is making a come-back on the Eastend. It is exciting to see these sleek new building come to life. This new home on the bay side of Meadow Lane has exceptional detailing with frame less glass corners.

Mock-Up
Today we used a wood copy of Eddie the dog I designed first for ARF. Eddie is now proposed for the Southampton Village Dog Park. The "real" dog will be made by Liberty Iron. John from Liberty helped with placement and working out the mounts.

THAI CHICKEN BALLS
Dumpling Chicken balls simmering in an inch of water.
3 pounds of boneless chicken, half thigh half breast
half cup cilantro coarse chop
quarter cup of fresh mint if available
most of a bunch of green onions coarse chop
3 cloves of garlic crushed
2 good table spoons minced ginger
a good dash of soy
Cut the chicken into rough cubes
chop the meat in a food processor
when coarse chopped ad other ingrediants
once mixed empty into bowl and for balls for cooking
a bowl of cold water and wet hands will help in forming smooth balls
place in simmering water as shown, turn after half cooked through
placing a lid helps to hold the heat and complete cooking
Chopped mix ready for forming into balls
after cooking serve with hot mustard, soy sauce & Thai sweet red chili
