Grilled Lamb

After I butterfly the leg of lamb I like to cook it on my Weber Grill.
I put all the coals on one side. I first use the hot side to sear the meat on both sides.I then side the meat to the cooler side of the grill and with the top on crooked I let the meat cook slower for a bit, turning as needed. I poke the meat to test for doneness.
