The dune for this home is now very reduced. I expect that the dune will get rebuilt before the summer. I see here that they are building a new stair to access the ocean beach. Often the last section of steps is hinged and can be pulled up when not in use. This protects the steps from water and also limits people wandering up onto one's walkway.
