Someone figured how to pry the lid off the bird feeder. I have since wired it shut

Sand Trap

Here the fence has trapped the blowing beach sand to build up the dunes. In the fall the space between these fence sections would have been empty.

With the storms clearing off the beach is scrubbed clean.

Warm Snowstorm

Somehow it was 40 Degrees out when the snow came down yesterday. The surfers at Coopers Beach looked to be having a great time.

Dune Church

With a wet snow and a north wind the face of the Dune Church was so plastered with snow that I thought I might be in Russia.

The frost heave has not been that hard on the docks in this warmer winter.

Fast Growers

These dead looking tufts will quickly become great mounds of green grass in the summer. If the past year's growth is not cut back it mars the look of the fresh grass.

Just a Peak

How fantastic to have ones own windmill at the beach. I wonder if it could be hooked up to make electric as I don't see any grain about to be ground.
